In today’s fast-paced society, headaches have become a more typical occurrence for many people. Medical issues can cause them, but they’re more typically caused by stress, dehydration, a late work night, or simply overdoing it in spin class.
While there are a variety of headache remedies available, such as over-the-counter ibuprofen acetaminophen or prescription headache drugs, they may not necessarily relieve the symptoms.
Taking more than the suggested dosage, as tempting as it may seem, is not the answer. Without having to take a prescription, several popular (and incredibly simple) lifestyle practices can help lessen headache discomfort.
1. Massage treatment
Massages may look to be opulent, but they are rather beneficial. Upper-body stress induced by muscle strain from bad posture or a vigorous training program can occasionally create headaches.
Massage treatment may help to relieve chronic pain and muscular tension, both of which can induce headaches.

2. Applications that are hot or chilly

Just make sure you only leave the cold packs on for 10 minutes at a time.

If required, microwave the rice for one minute. Apply on the back of your neck or the top of your head for warm comfort.

Headaches have been claimed to be relieved and reduced by certain smells. Among them are peppermint extract, eucalyptus oil, and lavender oil. They may be found at a variety of local health food stores as well as online.

5. Exercises in breathing

- Choose a calming pastime before going to bed: switch off the television or internet and indulge in a nice book or a hot bath. Although it may appear ancient, a little rest may go a long way!
